Our Services

Complex Case Management was founded in February 2014 by the late Bev Wild. Bev had a vision of a Case Management company that truly puts clients needs above all else and felt that to achieve this Case Management companies must be independent, flexible and provide supportive, kind and progressive management for Case Managers.

Complex Case Management place our company ethos of ‘Guiding Rehabilitation and Fulfilling lives” at the heart of all we do. We consider our role in piecing together lives after catastrophic injury as a privilege that deserves our complete dedication and professional expertise. We guide our clients through turbulent times and complex issues using our clinical expertise with a caring and supportive manner. We work tirelessly to ensure our clients reach their full potential and lead fulfilling and purposeful lives. We take a holistic approach and work well with our valued and extensive network of therapists, consultants and other healthcare professionals.

Since contacting you,  it’s always been a pleasure to call you. Your friendly style put me at ease and you are honest and approachable.

As long as Priority Recruitment’s Complex Care sector has been helping you with care packages, you have been very responsive on emails and phone calls, giving me as much information as possible for me to fill the shifts.

I really hope that the partnership we have got will carry on for many years to come.

  • Claire Dinoff (BLM Law) & Jonathan Betts (Irwin Mitchell)
Ben’s communication style is extremely effective and imparts confidence in him and his role as case manager...

We have worked with Complex Case Management since April 2019.  Ben Nolan, Case Manager was instructed on a joint basis by the parties under the auspices of the Rehabilitation Code to provide case management services for a spinally injured gentleman whose post-accident recovery and rehabilitation was complex and challenging for many reasons.

Ben immediately established a rapport with the Claimant and his family, gaining a full insight into his immediate clinical needs, short to medium term goals and importantly his longer term aspirations for the future.

Ben has very diligently established a multi-disciplinary team which has been very effective in managing and progressing the Claimant’s rehabilitation, including supporting the search for appropriate alternative accommodation which has now been found.

Ben’s communication style is extremely effective and imparts confidence in him and his role as case manager, such that we each are always up to speed with the current position, progress being made and goals and objectives that are being worked on.  It is a genuine pleasure to work with Ben and all at Complex Case Management.

  • A client after their claim was settled
At all times you have been friendly, supportive and professional and nothing has been too much trouble for you.

We would just like to take this opportunity to thank you and all of your colleagues for all of your help and support throughout what has been a long and at times stressful process. We believe that the outcome which was achieved wouldn’t have been possible without all of your work.

At all times you have been friendly, supportive and professional and nothing has been too much trouble for you. Anything which needed to be done was done without delay and with the utmost efficiency.
