Complex Care Rehabilitation Support Worker

Complex Case Management provides bespoke rehabilitation, personal care and case management services to clients throughout the North West who have sustained serious injuries including acquired brain injury, spinal injuries and orthopaedic injuries including amputation.

We are now recruiting for enthusiastic and dedicated Complex Care Rehabilitation Support Workers for our client in the Wigan area and invite candidates who meet the following criteria to apply:

Female – Due to Personal Care
Rehabilitation experience
Experience of administering personal care
Full, clean driving licence

We are looking to recruit Support Workers with a minimum of 2 years previous experience of supporting clients in their own home.This will be a full-time position with excellent rates of pay, training opportunities and supportive management.

You will work an average of 36.75 hours per week and the role is subject to satisfactory references and DBS check. The rate of pay for this role is £11.64per hour weekdays and £12.15per hour at weekends.

The shift pattern at the present time is; 3 days on 3 days off (See below). However can be subject to change to meet the clients needs.

Shift 1: 08:00 – 18:00

Shift 2: 10:00 – 17:00

Shift 3: 18:00 – 08:00 (Sleep Shift)

Covid 19

All staff must comply with regular testing as per company policy, this consist of 2 Rapid Lateral flow test per week and 1 x polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test per week. All staff must have also received 2 Covid-19 vaccinations.

To keep support staff and the client safe, we will supply all relevant PPE.
Staff will be required to take their own temperatures, prior to each shift, and document the results, as per current government guidelines
