Complex Case Management Support Packages

At Complex Case Management we are proud to be CQC registered care providers offering bespoke care and support packages within the comfort of the client’s own home. We manage all aspects of recruitment, interviewing, training and HR issues for our client’s support teams.

At Complex Case Management we work to produce and places adverts, both locally and nationally.

We then ensure applicants are provided with the relevant information regarding the client’s condition and needs, job descriptions, person specifications and information relating to working hours and shift rotas.

We can then shortlist applicants in collaboration with the clients and families and conduct interviews either at the client’s own homes or at our offices dependent on client’s preference.

At Complex Case Management we work closely with finance deputies who act as employers on the client’s behalf. If required by a client however, we are also able to act as the employers for their support teams.

We, therefore, can take responsibility for all employment issues including:

  • The issuing of contracts
  • Providing policies and procedures
  • Managing annual leave, sickness, and absence
  • Implementing disciplinary processes as required.

Specialist insurances are in place with access to HR advisors covering any eventualities, which in turn may lead to disputes or concerns regarding any aspect of employment.

At Complex Case Management we offer a complete bespoke training service for support workers proudly exceeding the national minimum requirement.

Staff receive bespoke training for individual clients to ensure they are competent in all aspects of the client’s care and support needs.

Supervision is conducted at a minimum of 4 times per year and can be more often if required. Clinical supervisions during shift times are also conducted by highly experienced supervisors to ensure staff are complying with guidelines and understand the rationale behind interventions.

We ensure all staff have a yearly appraisal where goals and objectives are discussed and set.

Team meetings are also held regularly to support the staff in delivering high-quality care and supervision.
