Following the government’s July 19th update to end all COVID-19 restrictions, we at Complex Case Management have made the decision to keep following standard social distancing and safety procedures.
After taking into consideration the current infection rates within the North West and conducting our own risk assessment, our office staff will still be entitled to working from home and our staff members will be following the same social distancing guidelines.
The official government guidance now states that health and social carers will not have to isolate when in contact with someone who is exposed to COVID-19, we are taking the decision for all our staff to follow the same isolation period to protect the safety of our clients.
We have made this decision to ensure all our staff and clients are always safe and we will be assessing and making appropriate decisions based on the infection rates and amount of cases.
